GOALS
Select and research a real-world company as a potential client and develop a cohesive design solution that includes both a physical product and a complementary digital experience.

Apply strategic thinking, brand analysis, and audience research to create a concept that aligns with the client’s identity while filling a gap in their offerings.

Integrate the client’s branding, storytelling, and user experience across both physical and digital deliverables.
WHY I CHOSE WARNER BROS.
I chose Warner Bros. because they have shaped some of my favorite TV shows, movies, and games, from Looney Tunes and Gilmore Girls to Hogwarts Legacy. As a major entertainment company with a rich legacy, they have consistently created impactful and immersive experiences that resonate with audiences worldwide. Their commitment to storytelling and innovation aligns with my own values, making them an ideal client I would be proud to work with.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
In a competitive entertainment landscape, Warner Bros. faces the challenge of continuously innovating to capture and retain audience attention. The company must navigate the balance between honoring legacy content and introducing fresh, engaging material to meet evolving consumer preferences.
Embellished logo
I embellished the Warner Bros. logo in Adobe Illustrator by applying 3D effects and textures to add a touch of elegance and luxury to the box set.

100th anniversary logo
I placed the brand’s 100th Anniversary logo on the front and back to show why this is a special collector’s edition.

Film Title Background
The titles of the films included with the box set appear in a typographic pattern on both the front and back of the box. This pattern also appears on one of the interior panels.
WARNER BROS. CLOUDS
I used a stock photo of a sky with clouds for the box’s interior to reference the clouds featured in Warner Bros.’s logo reveals. Even the logo appears similar to how it does at the start of the brand’s films.
CHARACTER SHIELDS
For all 20 films, I removed the backgrounds of character stills and promotion photos using Adobe Photoshop. Then, using Adobe Illustrator, I placed each character within the Warner Bros. shield badge to suggest depth. This makes the characters appear as though they are emerging from the shields. I also colored each shield to match the aesthetic and branding of each film.

These graphics are used for the exterior of the box, DVDs, DVD cases, and the website.
DVDS
Each DVD and case has a different background texture that complements its film.

The left side of the case’s interior has a piece of concept art and the film’s logo. For the right side, I wanted the image on the disc to bleed onto the case, so the disc completes the picture when it is being stored, like a puzzle piece. The image is also beneath the disc, so when it is removed, the image remains complete on the case even when it is in use.
Promotional Video
Using Canva, I made a concept for a dynamic video featuring animated visuals and transitions that highlight the design and content of the Warner Bros. Collector’s Edition DVD Box Set.

Underscored by music reminiscent of a classic Warner Bros. film, the video celebrates 100 years of unforgettable storytelling and evokes nostalgia.
WEBSITE
I created a website that celebrates Warner Bros.’s 100th anniversary. The website heavily promotes the Collector’s Edition DVD Box Set and allows visitors to purchase it and the individual DVDs. In theory, this site would be an extension of the existing Warner Bros. website, accessible via a tab or button.
This project is not affiliated with Warner Bros.
