Research, concept, design, and typeset a series of three posters for the Fast Company Innovation Festival.
Each poster needs to be typographic and work cohesively as a series while also being unique to each of the three speakers.

At this point, Ryan Reynolds is known as much for his blockbuster films as his business acumen. Reynolds's portfolio spans TV and film production (Maximum Effort), marketing and advertising (MNTN), sports (Wrexham, Alpine F1), a mobile network (Mint Mobile), spirits (Aviation Gin), and more. And he's found a way to use his fame and signature sense of humor to develop new strategies that help the products and services he's put his name behind stand out in crowded markets. Hear from Reynolds on how he's used creativity as the antidote to financial constraints, tired advertising tropes, and consumer ennui.

On its face, writing a hip-hop musical about the first U.S. secretary of the treasury sounds like a hard sell, let alone one destined to become a global phenomenon. But Lin-Manuel Miranda did just that with the Broadway smash Hamilton. Miranda's undeniable creativity has stretched into writing songs for blockbuster Disney films including Encanto, Moana, The Little Mermaid, and Mufasa, the upcoming prequel to The Lion King; directing the film adaption of the musical Tick, Tick... Boom!; and even creating a concept album inspired by the cult-classic novel and film The Warriors. In this conversation, you'll hear what storytelling means to Miranda, his thoughts on AI entering the chat in Hollywood, and the intersection of art and advocacy.

SPEAKER BIO
The speaker bios are taken from the Fast Company Innovation Festival’s website. They describe the speaker and presentation and include the location and theme of the event.

SPEAKER PHOTO
Fast Company’s images of the speakers were given a halftone effect and then Image Traced in Adobe Illustrator to create dynamic graphics, making them feel futuristic.

QR CODE
The QR code to purchase tickets for the festival is found on each poster.
A DECADE OF INNOVATION
Fast Company’s 10 icon represents the 10th anniversary of the festival.

SPEAKER NAME
The speaker’s last name is typeset in a typeface reminiscent of neon signs, which are commonly found in NYC where the festival takes place.

VIBRANT COLOR
Each poster features a different color from the festival’s branding. Ryan and Lin-Manuel’s posters correlate to the badges on their images on the festival’s website. Lana’s poster is blue to add a cool tone to the series.
